The credible sources inside Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have revealed that veteran Pakistan middle-order batsman Younis Khan rejected the offer of captaincy once again. He was consulted for the captaincy of T20 and ODI team after the retirement of former skipper Shahid Afridi.

Board sources have said that Younis rejected the offer to avoid further controversies. Misbah-ul-Haq will be remained as captain of the national team for trio formats in at least three series. Ijaz Butt and Co are not intended to give ODI captaincy to Shoaib Malik after he get clearance from the PCB integrity committee
